Five Friends Open City Wine & Cigar in DeLand

A collaboration of friends are the latest additions to the business community in Volusia’s county seat, according to a media release.

City Wine & Cigar recently opened in the Victoria Commons Plaza in DeLand in the space previously occupied by The Grapevine. Owners Elvira Hanna, Melissa Stalzer, Jessica Ferrentino, Paula Outzen and Paul Hunt are embracing a family – and dog – friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy and have expanded hours of operation and are open seven days a week. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set to take place on Dec. 5 at 5:30p.m.

City Wine & Cigar offers an extensive wine selection, from budget-friendly to premium wines, available on tap and by the bottle. Complementing their wine offerings is an array of cigars, ranging from everyday favorites to luxury selections.
