Flagler Health+ has expanded its capabilities to provide care within the community with the opening of Flagler Health+ Primary Care at Cypress Point, a new facility in Palm Coast, according to a media release. The practice at Cypress Point replaces the former Flagler Health+ Primary Care at Palm Coast, which has transferred to the new location.

Dr. Leopold Kretsch, who has served the community at the previous Palm Coast location, has transferred his practice to Cypress Point.
