From The Publisher-April 2022

Our theme for this issue is “The Evolution of Learning”. On the Editorial Advisory Board, we had interesting conversations about this theme. Obviously there needed to be content that was about the Education Industry. But we wanted to focus more in this issue on how “learning” was changing.

The article, An Innovative Place to Grow and Learn, is our cover story about The Link in Nocatee. We selected it as the cover story because it represents evolving thinking around learning. Another article, Lifelong Learning in a 3.0 World, is a story about the changing landscape for learning. Web 3.0 will likely usher in a significant innovative change in how learning will occur as we go forward. We hope you enjoy these and the other articles about “The Evolution of Learning”.

From a different perspective, the tribute to Joe Rizzo is one I never wanted to have to write. While we knew about Joe’s health issues, we certainly hadn’t expected that he would leave us so soon. If you didn’t know Joe Rizzo, you do know people in your communities throughout the First Coast who make a commitment to community service. Joe was one of those people and he will be missed in Palm Coast and Flagler County.

We continue to hope that we are meeting our goals of publishing a compelling, relevant, informative, and inspiring publication for business leaders, owners, and entrepreneurs. Please let us know how we are doing by emailing me at howard@otuchpointis.com.

I look forward to hearing from you!
