Palm Coast Flagler Regional Chamber Names Holley Interim CEO
EVOLVE News publisher Howard Holley has been named interim CEO at the Palm Coast Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce. Holley will serve in that capacity while a search for a permanent CEO is conducted. Holley replaces former CEO Greg Blose, who resigned his position in September.
Holley has been a member of the Chamber’s board of directors since its inception, according to a media release. In addition to his role as publisher of EVOLVE News, he is the CEO of EVOLVE Communications Group and CEO/Publisher of TouchPoint Innovative Solutions. With more than 30 years of leadership experience at Xerox, where he was part of the Global Leadership Team, Holley brings a wealth of corporate expertise to the Chamber. In addition, he has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and a long history of community service, the release states.
“We are grateful to Howard for stepping into this role to provide leadership, maintain operational excellence, and deliver ongoing value to our members as we search for the right leader to guide us into the future,” said board chair Michael Chiumento in the release. “As I’ve said before, thank you to our members for your continued support, patience, and dedication as we work together to create jobs, promote prosperity, and enhance the quality of life for our families and community.”
Holley said he looks forward to serving the Chamber and its members.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to bring value to our Chamber members and the wider business community,” he said in the release. “I look forward to connecting with each of you. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if I or the team can offer support.”
