Entrepreneur of the Year – Chelsea Herbert: Our Board Member, and future Board Chair, has started several successful companies and recently launched Poppy’s True Market in Bunnell, FL. She is a serial entrepreneur who regularly invests in the community she serves. That’s why we awarded Chelsea Herbert (4Cs Trucking & Excavation) our Entrepreneur of the Year Award!
Excellence in Action Award – LaShakia Moore: Superintendent LaShakia Moore has been working hard to not only strengthen our school district, but also engage business leaders within Flagler Schools. Lifetime Achievement Award – Donald O’Brien: Flagler County Commissioner Donald O’Brien has supported the community for years as a business leader at Hayward Brown Insurance. In addition to serving on the Board of County Commissioners, Donald was instrumental in helping the Chamber grow. His dedication to Flagler County and local businesses is why we have awarded him with our Lifetime Achievement Award.
