The What, Where and Why of 2023

From exercising and saving more, to drinking and spending less, a new year brings with it all types of resolutions. Here’s what, where and why your products or services can help people reach their personal goals in 2023!

What: The first step is to identify a need that your product or service can fill. What do you want to help people with? Do you offer something that’s going to make someone healthy or happy? A gym membership? A new hairstyle? A kitchen renovation? 

Where: Where is your target market? How can you reach them? Are they on social media? Do they read magazines or listen to the radio? You can find out by surveying your current customers. Offer an incentive to complete a short survey and once you find out where they are, launch a targeted marketing effort to reach them. For example, if they are on social media, Meta (formerly Facebook) allows you to advertise to a specific audience by age, location, interests and more. The platform even allows you to advertise to a lookalike audience, a way your ads can reach new people who are likely to be interested in your business because they share similar characteristics to your existing customers. 

Why: So why should you focus on helping others and providing the best customer experience possible) You may have figured it out already but helping others will help you reach your business goals.
