Did You Know Florida Has a Lot of Aggressive Drivers?

For those whose spirits are less bright with the end of the holiday season, there is at least one reason to be thankful in the new year. According to GasBuddy, Florida is home to two of the Top 10 cities with the most aggressive holiday drivers.

According to the annual GasBuddy aggressive driver study, Orlando and Jacksonville are ranked third and fourth respectively for aggressive holiday driving. This is the second year in a row the Sunshine State had two cities on the Top 10 list, with a third, Tampa, coming in at 13th. Tucson, Arizona topped the list for the third year in a row.

On the flip side, Minneapolis topped the list of least aggressive drivers, with two Ohio cities – Cleveland and Columbus – also making the list.

In a bit of good news for all drivers, aggressive or not, GasBuddy projects lower prices at the pump this year, with the national average falling from $3.51 a gallon to $3.28. And for those planning a trip to celebrate the unofficial start of summer, Memorial Day weekend is expected to be the priciest holiday at the gas pump with a national average between $3.56 to $4.04 a gallon.
