Abraham Hoffman, 16 year old Intern at the St. Johns Chamber of Commerce

I’m Abraham Hoffman, a 16 year old student interning at the St. Johns Chamber of Commerce for the summer. I have gone to school in Florida since birth, and currently go to St. Augustine High School and will be a junior in August 2023. My internship involves recording audio and video for partners of the Chamber.  Initially I was responsible for setting up a small recording studio in the chamber office.  

My biggest project is preparing for interviews with partners, and becoming somewhat of a director, something I am not quite used to yet. After I graduate high school, I plan to take a couple years at St. Johns River college, and hopefully FSU for their film program. After graduating college, I will look for opportunities in either Florida or Georgia. This is a great first internship, and I hope this experience helps in my future career.
