Latitude Margaritaville Named a Top 50 Planned Community

Minto Communities has four developments among the top 50 master-planned communities in the U.S. for 2023 and one is in Daytona Beach, according to a media release. The Top 50 rankings were released by John Burns Real Estate Consulting and RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, that publish annual lists of the Top 50 Master-Planned Communities in the U.S.

The other Minto communities included in the Top 50 are Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head in South Carolina, Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, near Panama City Beach and Westlake in Palm Beach County.

Plans for additional Latitude Margaritaville communities are underway, including a westward expansion into Texas.
