St Johns Chamber Member Profile – Faith Dianich, Economic Development Intern at the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce

I’m Faith Dianich, the Economic Development Intern at the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce. I’m currently a senior at Flagler College, graduating in December 2023. I am an honors student majoring in Economics and minoring in Political Science. After graduation, I plan to stay in Northeast Florida and enter the workforce. 

 My internship project includes identifying employers’ workforce needs in St. Johns County while relating these employment demands to educational/training programs in the region. The project aims to identify and support valuable skills/programs for community members, and connect employers to a talented, employable population.  

Being from Upstate New York, I enjoy seeing all Florida has to offer on my free time. Reading on the beach, kayaking in mangroves, and visiting various springs are a few of my favorite ways to do this. I also enjoy doing yoga to de-stress as a full-time college student, and love when I can make time to travel to get out of my comfort zone.
