Just a couple of months.

How have you, or your organization benefited from membership in the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce?

Upfront, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to meet with Scott Maynard. Scott explained ways that he could help me to fully leverage my Chamber membership. 

What career advice do you live by?

I believe in working for organizations that have a compelling purpose. Commit to being a continuous learner and utilize a learn by doing approach. Demonstrate by my behaviors that I can be trusted, keep commitments, truly care about the people I lead. Be a servant leader and be dedicated to doing what is right.

What are the biggest challenges facing St. Johns County today?

Effectively implementing the correct strategic initiatives.

How do you define success?

Success to me is living a fulfilling life through putting God first, followed by family, career, and service to others.

What career experience prepared you for what you do today?

I serve as a Lean coach, advisor, trainer and assist in implementations.

What is a fun fact about you?

I played golf with 7 members of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
